Chimney Pots & Cowls

Chimney pots and cowls form a critical, two-part termination system at the top of a roof stack to channel exhaust gases safely away, manage airflow, and shield the flue from external elements. While chimney pots are primarily structural clay or terracotta cylinders that extend the height of the flue liner, chimney cowls are protective metal or clay hardware caps fitted onto those pots to mitigate specific environmental issues like rain, nesting birds, or wind downdraughts. We try to keep a good mix of reclaimed chimneys here in the yard. Commonly in terracotta or buff. we also often have cowells and other add ons.
